To support the Head Nurse and Senior Nurse in the day-to-day running of the practice.

To complement the dental team by performing extended duties as per experience and training received and in accordance with the needs of the practice. To act as an essential part of the team, setting the standard for excellence in dental nursing.

To support, mentor and develop trainee nurses to enable them to reach their full potential and deliver training in line with business requirements, processes and standards.
